Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 3, 2026 · Last updated: October 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DryverMedia LLC ("PolicyWren," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit policywren.com or any page that links to this policy (the "Site"), and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details: first and last name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, email address and phone number.
  • Quote information: details you provide to get insurance quotes, which may include date of birth, gender, marital status, homeownership, self-reported credit range, current insurer and coverage history, vehicle details (year, make, model, ownership, use, mileage), driving history (accidents, tickets, claims, SR-22 need), military affiliation, property details (type, age, size, roof, claims), household size and income range, whether you currently have health coverage, and coverage amounts. We do not ask about your medical history, health conditions or tobacco use.
  • Consent records: the consent language you agreed to, the date and time, and the page where you agreed.
  • Communications: messages you send us and records of calls or texts with us or our partners.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page and clicks.
  • Campaign and click identifiers from the ad or link that brought you here, such as sub IDs, UTM parameters, Facebook click ID (fbclid), TikTok click ID (ttclid) and Google click ID (gclid).
  • Information from cookies, pixels, session storage and similar technologies (see Section 5).
  • Call information: when you call a phone number shown on our pages, our call tracking provider records your phone number, the date, time and length of the call, the tracking number you dialed, the page and ad that led to the call, and, where disclosed on the call, a recording of the call.

Information from third parties

We may receive information from advertising platforms, affiliate networks, data-verification providers (for example, to confirm that a phone number or email is valid) and our marketing partners.

2. How we use information

  • To match you with insurance companies, agents and brokers and to send your request to them so they can provide quotes.
  • To contact you, and to have our marketing partners contact you, by phone, text message and email about the insurance products you requested, as described in the consent you provide.
  • To verify information, prevent fraud and duplicate submissions, and keep the Site secure.
  • To measure and improve our advertising, including reporting conversions to ad platforms and affiliate networks.
  • To operate, maintain and improve the Site.
  • To comply with law, enforce our Terms of Use, and defend legal claims.

3. How we share information

The main purpose of this Site is to share your request with companies that can quote you. When you submit a quote request, we share the information you provide with:

  • Insurance companies, agents, brokers and lead buyers in our network, listed on our Marketing Partners page, who may use it to contact you and provide quotes. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
  • Service providers that help us operate the Site, such as hosting, analytics, data verification, call tracking, call centers and customer support.
  • Advertising and analytics partners, such as Meta, TikTok and Google, and affiliate tracking platforms, which receive event and device information through pixels and tracking links.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets.

Some of this sharing may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or "targeted advertising," under certain state privacy laws. See Section 8 for how to opt out.

4. Phone calls, text messages and email

If you give consent on the Site, PolicyWren and its marketing partners may call and text you at the number you provide, including with automated technology, prerecorded or artificial voice, or AI-generated voice, about the products you requested. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling a caller you no longer wish to be contacted, or emailing privacy@dryvermedia.com. Calls may be recorded for quality and compliance. Message and data rates may apply. To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in the message.

5. Cookies, pixels and similar technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, session storage and similar technologies to remember your progress through a quote form, attribute visits to the ads that sent them, measure conversions and show you relevant ads on other sites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the Site may not work without them. You can also limit ad personalization through your Meta, TikTok and Google ad settings and at optout.aboutads.info.

Call tracking. Some pages display tracking phone numbers. A call tracking script assigns the number and links your call to the page, ad and campaign parameters that brought you there, so we can measure our advertising and route your call to an agent who can help.

Global Privacy Control. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser, where required by law. We do not otherwise respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including to keep records of your consent, which we generally retain for at least five years, and to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations. We then delete or de-identify it.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Nevada and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:

  • Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.
  • Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising and certain profiling.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information, where applicable.
  • Appeal our decision on your request.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
