Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of policywren.com and related pages (the "Site"), operated by DryverMedia LLC ("PolicyWren," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What PolicyWren does

PolicyWren is a free online comparison and referral service. We collect information you provide and share it with insurance companies, agents, brokers and other marketing partners so they can contact you with quotes. We are not an insurance company, agent or broker. We do not underwrite, sell, bind or issue insurance, give insurance advice, or recommend any specific policy. Any policy you buy is a contract between you and the provider.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Site. You may only submit information about yourself, or about others you are authorized to act for.

3. Accurate information

You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information, including a phone number and email address that you own or are authorized to use. Submitting false information or another person's information without permission is prohibited.

4. Consent to be contacted

When you check the consent box and submit a request, you give your express written consent for PolicyWren, DryverMedia LLC and the marketing partners you are matched with to contact you at the phone number and email you provide, including by calls and text messages that may use an automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, or AI-generated voice, even if your number is on a federal, state or company Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling a caller, or emailing privacy@dryvermedia.com. Revoking consent with us does not revoke consent you gave directly to a partner; contact that partner as well.

Text message terms

• Program: PolicyWren and its marketing partners may send text messages about the insurance products you requested, including quote follow-ups and appointment reminders.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that sender. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
• Help: reply HELP for help, or email privacy@dryvermedia.com.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile information is not shared with third parties for their own marketing except as described in your consent and our Privacy Policy.

5. No guarantee of quotes, rates or coverage

We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a provider, receive a quote, qualify for coverage, or get any particular rate or discount. Example coverages, price ranges and descriptions on the Site are for illustration only. Final rates, terms and eligibility are set by the provider after it reviews your information.

6. Compensation

We are paid by insurance companies, agents, brokers and other partners, including when you submit a request or click a link. This compensation may influence which providers appear and in what order. See our Advertiser Disclosure.

7. Third-party sites and services

The Site links to third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, policies or practices. Your dealings with them are solely between you and them.

8. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, design, text, graphics and code are owned by DryverMedia LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

9. Prohibited uses

You agree not to: submit false, fraudulent or automated requests; use bots, scrapers or other automated tools on the Site; interfere with the Site's security or operation; impersonate anyone; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, DRYVERMEDIA LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OBTAINED THROUGH IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DryverMedia LLC from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your submission of inaccurate or unauthorized information.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14. Arbitration and class action waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing privacy@dryvermedia.com within 30 days of first using the Site, with your name, address and a clear statement that you opt out. If this section is found unenforceable, disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

15. Changes

We may change these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
